Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,904 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, AFAP1, and C8A. Each is linked with NOG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOG-to-partner and partner-to-NOG results are reported.
