NOG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 212 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACC3, OR4C9P, and VN1R79P. Each is linked with NOG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOG-to-partner and partner-to-NOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
