Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,890 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Actin filament depolymerization, and Positive regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with NOG in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOG-to-partner and partner-to-NOG results are reported.
