NOG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,449 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPNPEP3, TAB1, and ZBED4. Each is linked with NOG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOG-to-partner and partner-to-NOG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
