NOCT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOCT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,764 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOCT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JUNB, PLAU, and IKBIP. Each is linked with NOCT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOCT-to-partner and partner-to-NOCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOCT versus JUNB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
