Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOCT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,117 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NOCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH6A1, RPL6P6, and CLUAP1. Each is linked with NOCT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOCT-to-partner and partner-to-NOCT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOCT versus ALDH6A1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
