NOCT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOCT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 914 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1P2, IGLVI-38, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with NOCT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOCT-to-partner and partner-to-NOCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1P2 grouped by NOCT-low versus NOCT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
