Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOCT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK2. Each is linked with NOCT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOCT-to-partner and partner-to-NOCT results are reported.
