Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NOC4L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NOC4L data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NOC4L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NOC4L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UVM, UCS, and PAAD are the cancer types where NOC4L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
