NOC4L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOC4L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,155 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOC4L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTREX, XRCC1_S241, and SBNO1. Each is linked with NOC4L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOC4L-to-partner and partner-to-NOC4L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOC4L→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOC4L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
