NOC2L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOC2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,230 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOC2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIP1, TPX2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with NOC2L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOC2L-to-partner and partner-to-NOC2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOC2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOC2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
