Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOC2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOC2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf57, OR2T5, and SFT2D3. Each is linked with NOC2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOC2L-to-partner and partner-to-NOC2L results are reported.
