NOA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,740 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAICS, PPAT, and TRIM2. Each is linked with NOA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOA1 versus PAICS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
