NOA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,281 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDR2, ZNF175, and ARMCX1. Each is linked with NOA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NOA1 versus DDR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
