NOA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP121, MIR320C2, and RN7SL375P. Each is linked with NOA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP121 grouped by NOA1-low versus NOA1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
