Across TCGA cell cohorts, NOA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,136 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA folding, Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, and Mitochondrial small ribosomal subunit assembly. Each is linked with NOA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOA1-to-partner and partner-to-NOA1 results are reported.
