NMUR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMUR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMUR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM244, HCRTR2, and TMEM132C. Each is linked with NMUR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMUR2-to-partner and partner-to-NMUR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM244 grouped by NMUR2-low versus NMUR2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMUR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMUR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
