NMUR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMUR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 624 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMUR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF729, USP17L17, and OPN1MW3. Each is linked with NMUR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMUR1-to-partner and partner-to-NMUR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF729 grouped by NMUR1-low versus NMUR1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMUR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMUR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
