Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMU-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNG10P1, RNU4-65P, and RN7SKP286. Each is linked with NMU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMU-to-partner and partner-to-NMU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNG10P1 grouped by NMU-low versus NMU-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMU→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
