NMT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,848 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NMT2_S38, STAM, and OPTN. Each is linked with NMT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT2-to-partner and partner-to-NMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMT2 versus NMT2_S38 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
