Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,488 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTS9-AS2, ZDHHC15, and ECT2. Each is linked with NMT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT2-to-partner and partner-to-NMT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMT2 versus ADAMTS9-AS2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
