NMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, mTOR_pS2448, and PCNA. Each is linked with NMT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT2-to-partner and partner-to-NMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by NMT2-low versus NMT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
