NMT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 697 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD54, KDELR3, and CBY1. Each is linked with NMT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT2-to-partner and partner-to-NMT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD54 grouped by NMT2-low versus NMT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
