NMT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,720 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAIP2B, THOC6, and ATXN2L. Each is linked with NMT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMT1 versus PAIP2B in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
