NMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF852, FANCB, and FTMT. Each is linked with NMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF852 grouped by NMT1-low versus NMT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
