Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,289 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and U2-type prespliceosome assembly. Each is linked with NMT1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMT1 results are reported.
