NMS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-176P, RNU6-1242P, and RN7SL331P. Each is linked with NMS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMS-to-partner and partner-to-NMS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
