NMS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf49, PAPOLB, and OR2A25. Each is linked with NMS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMS-to-partner and partner-to-NMS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
