Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NMRK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NMRK2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher NMRK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NMRK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, COAD, and MESO are the cancer types where NMRK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
