NMRK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,028 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are F13A1, RGS3_S1007, and EHD2_S438. Each is linked with NMRK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NMRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMRK2 versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
