Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,250 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMC1, CD160, and TSKS. Each is linked with NMRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRK2-to-partner and partner-to-NMRK2 results are reported.
