NMRAL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,788 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMOX2, NUDT16L1, and ZNF174. Each is linked with NMRAL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NMRAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMRAL1 versus HMOX2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
