NMRAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMRAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,414 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMRAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00459, MIR513A1, and MIR4515. Each is linked with NMRAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMRAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NMRAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00459 grouped by NMRAL1-low versus NMRAL1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMRAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMRAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
