Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMNAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,168 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMNAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM47_S588, LAMC2, and LAMB3. Each is linked with NMNAT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT2-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMNAT2 versus TRIM47_S588 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMNAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMNAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
