Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMNAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,601 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMNAT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular transport, Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with NMNAT2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT2-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT2 results are reported.
