NMNAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMNAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,410 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCNA, FARP1, and ANO2. Each is linked with NMNAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT2-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GCNA grouped by NMNAT2-low versus NMNAT2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMNAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMNAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
