NMNAT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMNAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGCL, TAF12, and UBXN10. Each is linked with NMNAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMNAT1 versus HMGCL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMNAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMNAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
