NMNAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMNAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, EZH2P1, and BTF3L4P4. Each is linked with NMNAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP286 grouped by NMNAT1-low versus NMNAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMNAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMNAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
