NMNAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMNAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,928 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGCL, DNAJC16, and TAF12. Each is linked with NMNAT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMNAT1 versus HMGCL in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMNAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMNAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
