Across TCGA cell cohorts, NMNAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,758 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMNAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of organelle assembly, Autophagosome organization, and Positive regulation of autophagy. Each is linked with NMNAT1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NMNAT1 results are reported.
