NMI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,881 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NMI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OAS2, PARP14, and PSMB10. Each is linked with NMI in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMI-to-partner and partner-to-NMI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMI versus OAS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMI→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
