Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P3, RN7SL837P, and PEDS1-UBE2V1. Each is linked with NMI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMI-to-partner and partner-to-NMI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P3 grouped by NMI-low versus NMI-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMI→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
