NME8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,350 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELMO1, AIF1, and WIPF1. Each is linked with NME8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME8-to-partner and partner-to-NME8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME8 versus ELMO1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
