Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NME7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NME7 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NME7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NME7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NME7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
