Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,169 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NME7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC25, FAM229B, and TSNAXIP1. Each is linked with NME7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME7-to-partner and partner-to-NME7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME7 versus TTC25 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
