NME7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,185 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP237, PIP4K2A, and INCENP. Each is linked with NME7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME7-to-partner and partner-to-NME7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP237 grouped by NME7-low versus NME7-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
