Across TCGA cell cohorts, NME7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,619 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are UTP metabolic process, Protein localization to cilium, and UTP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NME7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME7-to-partner and partner-to-NME7 results are reported.
