NME6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,446 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF621, OXSR1, and DENND6A. Each is linked with NME6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME6-to-partner and partner-to-NME6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME6 versus ZNF621 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
