Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,352 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NME6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETD2, PRDX4, and QRICH1. Each is linked with NME6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME6-to-partner and partner-to-NME6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NME6 versus SETD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
