NME6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NME6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NME6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV16, RNA5SP412, and IGHV1OR21-1. Each is linked with NME6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NME6-to-partner and partner-to-NME6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV16 grouped by NME6-low versus NME6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NME6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NME6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
